Mr. Daniel Edward Martin of Albany Kentucky passed away on Thursday April 2 2026 at the Medical Center of Albany Kentucky having attained the age of 76 years 2 months and 11 days. He was born in Honesdale Pennsylvania on Friday January 20 1950 the son of Robert Martin and June Della Perry Rogan and was lovingly raised by his grandparents Gertrude Amelia Martin and Daniel Martin. Mr. Martin was of the Christian faith and faithfully attended Maupin Church in Clinton County Kentucky. He proudly served his country in the United States Marines attaining the rank of Private First Class and later retired from the Pennsylvania State Police. He was also a member of Masonic Lodge Chapter 206 of Albany Kentucky reflecting his commitment to fellowship and community and dedicated his life to service both in the military and in law enforcement.
