Ron Cox 63 of Garden City Michigan passed away on July 8 2026 at Garden City Hospital after a short illness. He was born on March 6 1963 to the late Stella and Raymond Cox. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Connie Connie Cox Karl LaFramboise. Ron is survived by a brother Tim Cox. A son Cody Cox and wife Kendra. Grandchildren Declan Rayla and Truett. Ron had a talent for making people laugh and enjoyed the outdoors hunting and countless hours at Carter Creek at the homeplace in Elliott County. There will be a Celebration of Life at the Little Sandy Lodge in Sandy Hook August 15 2026 at 100 PM with burial following at the Cox Family Cemetery.

Rodney Franklin Ison 57 of Sandy Hook KY passed away August 5 2026 at his home from a sudden illness. He worked many years as a heavy equipment operator. He loved the outdoors deer hunting and especially bass fishing Winning a bass tournament or just a lazy Sunday on the lake. Rodney never had biological children but raised Blake Jaydn and Jazzy Fultz as his own. Plus 2 beautiful little girls Emma and Laney Fraley who called him papaw and was the light of his life.
