Loretta Gail (Yocom) Carter, entered this life on November 27, 1983, in Laurel County, Kentucky. She was the beloved daughter of the late Ervel Wayne Yocom and Anita Gail Tincher.She leaves behind her loving children, Aaron Ray Yocom Byerly and Kaylee Anna Martin, both of Lexington, Kentucky; seven cherished grandchildren; her sister, Carol Jean Clay of Rineyville, Kentucky; her companion, Billy Ray Scott of Lexington; as well as many other family members and friends who will deeply miss her.In addition to her parents, Loretta was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Wayne Yocom, and her son, Charles Andrew Martin.Loretta enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and the memories she created with those she loved will be treasured always. Frank Arthur Rosales 10/06/1952 - 04/18/2026 a Veteran of the United States Army born in Dallas, Texas raised in Chicago, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his lovely wife of 32 years, Ellen J. Rosales in Lancaster, Kentucky. He was also preceded in death by his mother, Andrea Rosales; sister, Helen Gamez; brother, Joe Rosalez; and daughter, Shonna Rosalez.He leaves behind the legacy of proudly serving his country in the U.S. Army in 1970. He also leaves behind his brother, Danny Rosalez; his sister, Alice Taggart; and several nieces and nephews.He will be greatly missed by those who truly loved him.Care Cremation and Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with final care.
