Victor Blaine Anglin (Bane Bane), a beloved son, brother, and friend passed unexpectedly on June 28, 2026, at the age of 34. He was born on April 17,1992 in Richmond, Kentucky to Sherry Marie Anglin and Monroe Dale Wright. Victor Blaine loved doing tattoos and just being with and making his friends and family laugh. Victor Blaine had a knack of many talents, but he always came back to construction work. At the time of passing, he was employed with Borders Contracting Solutions LLC of Richmond, Kentucky.
