Rev. Thomas Allen Mathis age 81 of Mayfield passed away on Thursday April 2 2026 at his residence. Rev. Mathis is survived by his wife Pam Mathis one son James Mathis of Mayfield KY two daughters Tracy Mathis Jerry Sinclair of Eddyville KY and Tanya Mathis Stanley Whitney of Gallatin TN one brother Terry Linda Mathis of Metropolis IL five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother Mike Mathis and his parents Paul Wade and Kittie Darnall Mathis. Funeral services for Rev. Thomas Allen Mathis will be 200 p.m. on Friday April 3 2026 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield KY. Rev. Terry Mathis and Rev. Marcus Burnett will officiate. Interment will follow at Brewers Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeff Edwards Stephen Champagne John Moseley Montez Sinclair Larry Dale Darnall and Terry Zimmerman.
