She was born in Huntington WV on June 15 1994 a daughter of Larry Joe Carneda Gail Corns Clevenger. She was a Registered Nurse with Humana Health Care where she worked as a utilization manager and was a member of the Eureka Baptist Church. Jesse Lee Potter 26 of Wheelersburg Ohio passed away on Friday March 27 2026 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus Ohio. He was born on February 14 2000 in Portsmouth Ohio. Jesse was the son of Lena R. Daniels Potter and the late Gary E. Potter. He was a 2018 graduate of Wheelersburg Local Schools and Scioto County Career Technical Center in Lucasville OH. Jesse was a sixyear veteran of the United States Army serving as a 19D Cavalry Scout. He was stationed at Fort Carson Colorado and completed a tour of duty in the Republic of South Korea. After his service in the Army Jesse worked as a guard at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville Ohio.
