Stella Stasel, age 95, of Munfordville, passed peacefully from this life on Friday July 3rd at her granddaughter's home in Munfordville.She was born on October 11, 1930, in the Center Point community of Hart County, to the late Johnnie and Hattie Mathis Sweet. She was raised in the simple and steady ways of country life. From an early age, Stella learned the value of hard work, family and trust in the Lord. These qualities became the foundation of the life she lived. She carried herself with quiet strength and a gentle spirit, and she was known throughout her life as a woman who could be counted on in times of need.Stella believed in the goodness of God and sought to live each day in a manner that was proof of that.
