Arlo Jack Shepherd age two of Paintsville Kentucky passed away after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Though his time on this earth was far too short Arlos life was filled with love joy and wonder that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. Arlo was the beloved son of Brice and Saruh Shepherd. From the moment he entered the world he brought light and laughter to his family. He had a special love for turtles enjoyed swinging with his Poppy riding bikes with his Papaw and exploring the world around him with curiosity and excitement. His bright spirit and adventurous heart touched everyone he met. Troy Lewis Music age 75 of Wittensville KY passed away on Thursday February 12 2026 at Paintsville ARH Hospital. In addition to his parents Troy is preceded in death by his grandson Gavin Lane and one brother John Homer. Troy is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Sonja Ganell Vanhoose Music one son Charles Arthur Amy of Wittensville KY and two Grandpups Sophie and Charlie. He is also survived by two brothers Herbert Ray Norma of Rockhouse KY Clarence Edward Jodie of Oil Springs KY one nephew Herbert Ray II of North Carolina two nieces Jackie of Rockhouse KY and Nikki Salsbury of Oil Springs KY two great nieces Jordan and Maddie four great nephews Jett Ethan Nash and Maddox.
