Evalee Tooter Whitt age 75 of West Liberty passed away Tuesday afternoon March 31 2026 at her daughters residence in Blaine. She was born on December 4 1950 in Paintsville KY to the late William Curtis Rigsby and Genoa Kelly Burgoyne. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one sister Louise Young and one stepbrother Doug Burgoyne. Survivors include her husband Timmy Whitt two sons William Brian Tonya Williams of Caryville TN Edward Lesea Williams of Martha KY one daughter Tina J.R. Bevins of Blaine KY one sister Carol Odell Fraley of Flemingsburg KY two stepsisters Becky Young Rachel Thomas eight grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren. He was born on January 30 1975 in Paintsville to Lovena Parker Clark and the late Ricky Lee Fairchild.
