Norma Joan Delaney nee Davis 88 of Ryland Heights KY passed away on Tuesday August 18 2026. She was a member of Victory Baptist Temple in Ryland Heights KY. Norma retired as the Director of Nursing for Regency Manor in Independence KY after 18 years of service. Prior to that she was the Director of Nursing for The Washington Nursing Home in Cincinnati OH for 8 years. Norma dedicated a total of 50 years to the healthcare industry. She was active in outreach ministry in nursing homes throughout the Northern Kentucky area and the Fairhaven Rescue Mission along with her husband Dan. Norma had a deep devotion and love for her family. She was always there to support them and never missed any of their events.
