Leburn Paul "Lee" Vance 65 of Louisa Ky passed away on June 30 2026 in Ashland Kentucky. Born on February 27 1961 in Cleveland Ohio. Lee was the beloved son of the late Hubert and Margaret Vance. Lee found immense joy in his family especially in spending time with his cherished grandchildren Devon Lee Miller Jameson Lee TomblinMiller and Ava Marie Miller who brought light and happiness to his life. Whether playing Yahtzee or Phase 10 with Loved Ones or engaging in spirited debates to prove his point. Lees vibrant personality and sense of humor left a lasting impression on all who knew him. His love for card games and lively discussions created countless treasured memories. He is survived by his loving daughter Angela Vance Miller her husband Brandon Miller his grandchildren Devon Jameson and Ava. His sisters Wilma Bud Wilson Donna Fred Bailey.
