Mrs. Vickie Gail Long 69 of Salem passed away Tuesday June 30 2026 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. She is survived by her husband of 53 years Larry Long daughter Rebecca Chucky Elrod of Barlow Ky son Shawn Jimmie Long of Salem grandchildren Logan Courteney Elrod of Paducah Austin Elrod of Paducah Shelby Colton Smallwood of Paducah Klayton Long and Karson Long greatgrandchild Elsie Elrod and a great grandchild on the way Scottlyn Smallwood sister Vonnie Barbarash of St. Louis and brother in law Mike Nelson of Salem. Vickie was preceded in death by parents Leon Leonard and Eujana Pat Davis sister Vera Nelson and brother Jamie Davis. Funeral services will be Friday July 3 2026 at 1PM at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services. Friends may visit with the family from 11AM to 1PM in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.
