Mr. Philip Daniel Kelley, age 67, of Richmond, passed away March 31, 2026, at UK Chandler Medical Center.Mr. Kelley, the son of the late Chester and Velma Wilson Kelley, was born in Madison County on May 12, 1958. He retired from Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. as a roof inspector and, following retirement, enjoyed working with Minerich Farms. A farmer at heart, he found great joy outdoors, especially fishing and deer hunting, and loved riding his John Deere. One of his greatest enjoyments was being with his fur baby, Ruby.On May 15, 2004, Philip united in marriage to Carolyn Thomas Kelley who survives.He is also survived by his son: Daniel Wayne Kelley of Richmond, three daughters: Daphne Marie Kelley and Rhonda Stone both of Richmond and Leslie VanWinkle of London, two brothers: Carl (& Christine) Kelley and Darrell Kelley, his sister: Carolyn Hacker, nine grandchildren: Justin Kelley, Joseph Kelley, Devin Richmond, Gunner…
