WHITE PLAINS Verta Annetta Foster 81 of White Plains died on Wednesday April 1 2026 at 1010AM at her residence. Ms. Foster was born on June 6 1944 in Hopkins County. She was a Homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed going to church. She loved sitting outside under the shade tree talking and hanging out with her family and watching her grandchildren play outside. She was preceded in death by her husband Rubin Foster mother Lucille Littlepage father Robert Littlepage and all of her sisters and brothers. She is survived by her children Carol Oglesby David Wesley Foster Kathy Kevin Foster Rita and Shirley Evitts Robert all of her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday April 4 2026 at 11AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Darrell Gates officiating. Burial in Concord Cemetery.
