Beulah Clay Barnes Banks 83 of Mt. Sterling KY passed away at home on Friday July 3 2026. Born January 4 1943 in Mt. Sterling she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Della Mae Sexton Barnes. Although she worked in a factory and at Stanton CMS her family remained her greatest priority. Beulah was of the Pentecostal faith. Beulah is survived by her loving husband of 57 years DecCoursey Banks of Mt. Sterling her daughter Della Katherine Banks of Mt. Besides her parents Beulah was preceded in death by 3 brothers Richard Barnes James Barnes and Anthony Barnes 3 sisters Rita Darlene Holder Anna Lou Wages and Ruby Mae Cundiff.
