Joseph Cecil Joe Fehribach beloved husband father grandfather greatgrandfather brother uncle and friend passed away peacefully on Saturday the 10th day of October 2026 at the age of 87 following a prolonged illness. He was surrounded by his loving family. Born in Louisville Kentucky he was a graduate of St. Xavier High School and attended Bellarmine University. He briefly served in the United States Army before pursuing his career as a welder and building a life centered on family hard work faith and the outdoors. He eventually moved to Shelbyville Kentucky where he and his beloved wife Mary Kathleen Kathy Thornberry Fehribach raised their family and built a life together. Joe and Kathys love story began through archery when Joe was Kathys archery instructor. Their shared passion brought them together and they enjoyed nearly fortyeight years of marriage.
