Debra Allen Smith, age 69, passed away on April 2nd, 2026. The Warren County native was born on May 1st, 1956 to the late Cinda Meeks Raymer and James E. Allen. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Stanley Allen and Larry Allen.Lovingly known as ‘CooCoo’ by her grandchildren, Debra was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She loved to travel and watch the Predators, travelling to 32 arenas in her life. Debra worked for 19 years at Square Deal Lumber Company. She also worked for Scott & Murphy Construction Company for 15 years. Once she retired, she worked as a registration clerk at The Medical Center in Bowling Green. In her spare time she volunteered for CASA and Hotel Inc.Debra is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey A.
