Clifford August born July 30 1953 passed away February 14 2026 in Oberlin Louisiana at the age of 72. He delighted in fishing traveling and eating out at restaurants with those he loved. Known for his quick wit and playful sense of humor he brought laughter and happiness wherever he went. He cherished time spent with his family was a devoted member of Holiness unto the Lord Church and found great joy in listening to Zydeco music. His faith and love for others shone brightly in all aspects of his life. Though he is gone his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He is survived by his loving siblings Celestine Comeaux and her husband Raymond and Paul Jones and his wife Beverly as well as a host of nieces nephews extended family and dear friends.
