She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Paul and Lula Agnes Firmin Mitchell and her brother Lynwood Mitchell. She is survived by her two sons Lance David Henderson Maria and Heath Jerrod Henderson Stacy and her two granddaughters Amelia Henderson and Darah Husser. Alfrieda was a lifelong Christian who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She worked as a bookkeeper for Welding Testing XRay Inc. for 47 years before retiring. A memorial gathering will be held at Central Funeral Home 9995 Hooper Rd Baton Rouge LA 70818 on Friday October 16 2026 from 5 pm until 8 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alzheimers Association
