Keith Dickens officiating. Nicholas Nick Bordelon age 34 of Lafayette LA passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on August 9 2026 in his residence. Nick was a mechanic by trade and a jack of all trades. He was very skilled with his hands and there was nothing he couldnt fix. He enjoyed hunting fishing and spending time with his family especially his children. He loved family get togethers boiling crawfish barbqueuing laying back listening to old country music and singing. He also loved dogs. Nick was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was also a proud United States Army veteran serving two tours of duty in Vietnam.
