Burial will follow in the Pine Knot Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Tuesday March 31 2026 at 500 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Many LA. Rue Lewing was born on Tuesday June 1 1937 in Fisher LA. He passed away on Monday March 30 2026 at his residence in Noble LA. He was preceded in death by his parents Wallace Lewing and Dizzrea Eason Lewing brothers and sisters Wallace Fay Strahan Rachel Lewing Judy Drew Lewing Donna Lewing Lewis and Delmer Lewing and his nephew Tidley Weldon. Rue joined the U. S. Navy in 1956 and served his country until 1959. He loved fishing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 47…
