Darrell Glenn Spencer Sr. born April 28 1960 in Plaquemine Louisiana passed away peacefully on March 30 2026 at his home surrounded by his family. Darrell was a man of heart music and deep faith. He was known for his love of singing and playing guitar sharing songs in a way that made them his own and touched everyone who heard him. Darrell carried a spirit that was both strong and searching and in the end he found peace in the Lord he held onto so tightly. Visitation will be held at Wilbert Funeral Home Plaquemine on Friday April 3 2026 from 5 to 9pm and at Bayou Harvest Church 24996 Bruce St. Plaquemine LA 70764 on Saturday April 4 2026 from 8am until religious services at 11am conducted by Pastor Chuck Brownell.
