Mr. Walter Wayne Bray was born on October 27 1949 to Louise and David Bray in Palo Alto California. He moved to Louisiana and attended and graduated from Verda High School. He worked for Tremont Plywood company for five years. He then worked as a roofer for five years. Then he went to work at Bobby Smiths Bear Manufacturing as a welder where he worked for fifty years. Walter loved to hunt and fish was a mechanic and kept up repairs around his home. He liked to garden and once grew a ninetyfivepound pumpkin. He loved playing cards and other games with his family. He was married to Sandra Lunsford Bray for fiftytwo years. They had three children David Bray of Montgomery LA Michael Bray Mandy of Dry Prong LA and Laura Lowery Will of Montgomery LA.
