It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved wife mother grandmother sister and friend Lisa Ann Carter who departed this world on Monday June 29th 2026 at her home in Hanover Maryland. Lisa was born on Friday September 3rd 1982 in the vibrant city of Tampa Florida. Lisa was a dedicated nurse who devoted her career to helping others. Her gentle touch and caring heart were evident through her work at various esteemed facilities including Ush Nursing Home Lorien Nursing and Rehabilitation Oak Crest Nursing and Rehabilitation and Beacon Shores Nursing and Rehabilitation in Virginia Beach. Her tireless work ethic was an inspiration to all who knew her juggling two fulltime jobs while pursuing her education and raising her remarkable children.
