Born November 10 1939 in Bronx New York to parents James Wheeler 1908 1998 and Mary Anastasia Doyle Wheeler 1908 2000. His four grandparents were born in Ireland. Devoted husband and Care Partner to Mary Gaffey Wheeler who passed away on 92020 after a sixyear battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. He is predeceased by his brother Father Jim Wheeler. He is survived by his sisters Mary T. Callaghan Eileen Watson and her husband Jim and many many cousins nieces and nephews. BA in English from Iona College 30 Graduate credits from St. Johns University in American Literature 20 credits from University of Maryland Law School. MPA and Doctorate in Public Administration from University of Southern California. Served as Adjunct Professor at George Washington Graduate School of Business and Public Administration.
