oanne Jodi Cunningham an 8year resident of Edgewater Maryland and previously of Stevensville Maryland passed away at her home on October 10 2026 due to natural causes. Born on December 12 1934 in Washington DC Joanne graduated high school going on to start a family and establish a career as a bartender and caregiver. She was a parishioner at St. Marys Catholic Church in Annapolis and was a member of the American Legion and VFW. Joannes family and friends were incredibly important to her. She was a mentor to many family members and friends with many people calling her Mom. Joanne was preceded in death by her daughter Debra Crook. She is survived by her sons Chris Cunningham of Edgewater MD John Cunningham of Edgewater MD Joe Sullivan of Lakeworth FL and Bob Cunningham of Bethany Beach DE her daughter Terri Lane of Bowie MD four grandsons eight granddaughters and…
