Michael was born in Middleborough and attended public schools there. For many years he was a selfemployed carpenter and worked with his father. Michael enjoyed fishing and was an animal lover who gave special attention to his dogs. He loved spending time with his family visiting with his children and dining out for a great meal In his younger years Michael was a member of the Middleborough Softball Team and the Lakeville Bowling League. He proudly served his country with courage strength and honor. A decorated veteran Randy was awarded numerous medals the Silver Star Medal the Bronze Star Medal the Vietnam Service Medal the Vietnam Campaign Medal the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry Medal the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. He received an honorable discharge in 1969. Randy began his career as a Plumber advancing to a Master Plumber in the family plumbing business where he worked for many years.
