Joyce Elaine Sharrow age 91 of West Branch passed away peacefully at her home on August 15 2026. A lifelong resident of West Branch Joyce was born on March 24 1935 in Mancelona Michigan to Samuel and Elsie Fraser Brown. She graduated from West Branch High School in 1953 and married the love of her life Robert Sharrow on October 30 1954. Together they shared 71 years of marriage building a beautiful life and family. Joyce worked at Tolfree Memorial Hospital and later worked as a secretary in Dr. VanOostens medical office. She was a longtime member of the Ogemaw Hills Free Methodist Church where she served as treasurer for many years. She was also a member of the Free Methodist Womens Missionary Society the Good Sam Camping Club and the Red Hats Group.
