Tyler Joshua Pringle, of Bear Lake, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2026, at the age of 20, as the result of a tragic dirt bike accident.Tyler lived life wide open and on his own terms. He had a deep love for dirt bikes and could often be found trail riding, two-tracking, or cruising back roads with his music turned up. He appreciated the beauty of the outdoors—open landscapes, fresh air, and the freedom that came with it. Tyler had a passion for Dodge trucks, a knack for wheeling and dealing on Marketplace, and a natural talent for working with his hands, especially welding.He enjoyed life’s simple pleasures—bonfires with friends, fishing, golfing with Aiden and Uncle Phil, and spending time with those he cared about most. Joan Kathryn Sutter Lichty 95 of Honor Michigan passed away after a brief illness on Friday March 27 2026 at The Maples in Frankfort Michigan. Joan was born on March 9 1931 in Frankfort Michigan to parents Joseph and Catherine Schneider Sutter. On November 17 1951 Joan married Elmer H. Lichty and they enjoyed 40 years together. They settled in Mattoon Illinois where she lived until her husbands death in June 1992. She then returned to Honor Michigan and resided in the home her husband built near the road named after her father. Joan loved cooking and baking for her family and friends and she was affectionately known as the Pie Lady to her community. Virginia Craker Marsden Ginger passed away on March 25 2026 in Beulah Michigan at the age of 100. Ginger was born in Traverse City Michigan on February 22 1926 to Clifford and Martha Craker. In her early years she lived in several places in Leelanau County including seven years on North Manitou Island. Her family moved to Muskegon when she was 13 years old. After finishing school Ginger worked at several places but it was at Continental Aviation during World War II where she met her husband Russ. They were married for 53 years before he passed away in 1998. They were blessed with four children Tom Gina Marsden Jim Jan Marsden Lynn Allen Vanderplow and Cindy Randy Boyd. She was involved with the AMVets in Mesick Michigan and did as much as she could to provide support for the club. She worked at HW Jencks Inc. in Frankfort Michigan for 60 years. She was well loved by her coworkers and friends. She loved hosting karaoke parties with her beloved Phil Pace. Barbara also donated hygiene products to the Mesick Elementary Schools Giving Closet and through the AMVets she would adopt a family each Christmas.
