Willie P. Dixon was born on September 18 1934 in Waterford Mississippi to the Union of Paul and Octavia Thomas Dixon. Willie met and fell in Love with Lizzie Dixon and they married on December 51959 by the late Rev. Raspberry of New Bethel Baptist Church. To their union were born 5 children. Willie Confessed his hope in Christ at an early age. Though he was away from church as he became an adult he rededicated his life to Christ under Rev Milton McAfee and then later moved his membership to St. Matthew M.B. church under Rev Eddie Wright where he became an ordained Deacon becoming very involved with church activity.
