Robert was outgoing talkative spoke his mind and could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. He loved meeting people sharing stories and spending time with family and friends. Robert had a lifelong love for the water and a special place in his heart for Northern Michigan. For the past several years he split his time between winters in Northville and summers in Petoskey where he enjoyed fishing boating riding his bike and spending time at Petoskey State Park. He especially loved swimming in Lake Michigan which he fondly referred to as the fountain of youth. A retired engineer from Chrysler Robert had a wide range of interests and hobbies that brought him joy throughout his life. Above all he had a tremendous passion for golf.
