Robert (Bob) Gale Haggart, Sr., age 91, of Rosebush, passed away Monday, October 12, 2026, at the Isabella County Medical Care Facility after a brief illness.Bob was born on Monday, September 16, 1935, in Rosebush, to Chuck and Daisy (McCloud) Haggart. He was the eighth of fourteen children. After graduating from Mt. Pleasant High School, Bob started his working career at the Dow Chemical Company in 1955 and worked there for 35 years, until his retirement in 1990.On September 24, 1955, Bob was united in marriage to Shelby Jean Morrison; together they began a life of 71 years together filled with love, hard work, and dedication to each other. As a young family with two small boys (Rob and Rick), Bob and Shelby started building their forever home in Rosebush in 1958; then came a daughter (Shelley) and one more son (Rodney).
