Our beloved brother Donald Don Mark Emerson 69 of Manitou Beach passed away unexpectedly and peacefully in his home on Monday March 30 2026. He was born in Monroe Michigan on October 9 1956 to Kenneth A. Emerson and Joan M. Gentner Emerson. He was employed by Akers and Packaging Service Group in Tecumseh MI as a machine operator for over 40 years. He had been looking forward to his upcoming retirement on his 41 work anniversary on April 10 2026. He truly loved his job and often spoke highly of his coworkers and friends there. Don was an avid train buff who enjoyed traveling to train stations throughout Michigan and Ohio. He also loved going to antique tractor shows as well as taking road trips throughout Michigan. Warren Richard Rasey

Warren Richard Rasey 73 years of Erie MI passed away on Saturday March 28 2026 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. The son of Warren and Mildred Macut Rasey he was born on August 4 1952 in Toledo OH. Warren married Sharon Keough on June 24 2006 at Compelled Church in Temperance MI. Together they made many memories especially on their trip to Alaska. He retired from the Ford Motor Company after 40 plus years of service. After retirement Warren wanted to stay active working parttime as a professional driver for Groulx Automotive in Monroe MI. Warren was an avid outdoorsman. His love for camping kayaking archery cooking out snowmobiling attending car shows game dinners hand crafting various hunting tools caring and spoiling his dogs and cats throughout the years starting fires to burn things and feeding the birds in his yard was unmatched. Carolyn Leach

Carolyn Jo Leach age 78 of Monroe passed away on Sunday March 29 2026 at the ProMedica Regional Hospital of Monroe. Born September 27 1947 in Knott Kentucky. Carolyn was the daughter of the late Orville and Irene Blanton Spradlin. She was a high school graduate. After school she worked at the University of Michigan as an accountant for 10 years before becoming a homemaker for her two sons. Carolyn met and married the love of her life Stuart Leach in 1987. They were together for over 20 years until he sadly passed away. Carolyn was a member of the Heritage Baptist Church. In her free time she enjoyed going out with her girlfriends for fun.
