Theodore "Ted" Bruckbauer

Theodore "Ted" Michael Bruckbauer age 55 of Grand Haven passed away on Thursday May 14 2026 at Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital. He was born on July 18 1970 in Grand Haven MI to Robert and Rebecca Prys Bruckbauer. Ted graduated from Grand Haven High School in 1989 and went on to work as a carpenter where his talent and craftsmanship were evident in his exceptional woodworking skills. He also had a lifelong passion for motorcycles enjoying both riding and working on them and was known by many as a skilled mechanic. Ted had a special love for cats especially his beloved companion "Hawkins." Ted is forever remembered and missed by his daughter Aaliah Zack Haase grandson Dallas mother Becky Simon sister Jenny Edward Shockey halfbrother Jack Bruckbauer and several nieces nephews aunts uncles and cousins.

Ronald "Ron" Hunter

Ronald "Ron" W. Hunter age 84 of Fruitport passed away on Wednesday May 13 2026 at Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence. He was born on May 12 1942 in Baltimore Maryland to the late George and Eileen Butler Hunter. Ron married Nancy Plappert on July 15 1967 in Chilton Wisconsin. Ron graduated from Greater Latrobe Senior High School and went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Navy from 1964 to 1968 where he served in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. He was a proud member of the American Legion Charles A. Conklin Post 28. Ron enjoyed a successful career as an independent sales representative in the golf and ski industries. Jerald John Poehl age 88 of Muskegon Michigan passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 13 2026. He was born on July 31 1937 in Caldwell Texas to Robert and Helen Poehl. At the age of four his father led him in a prayer to accept Jesus Christ as his Savior. That day changed the trajectory of his life for eternity. He graduated high school knowing he had a call on his life to preach the Good News of Jesus Christ. Leaving his home parents and five younger siblings Jerald started his pastoral career as a 19yearold at a small church in Arkansas. He was born on October 26 1942 in Grand Haven MI to the late Leonard and Beverly Pippel Klempel. Dave graduated from Grand Haven High School Class of 1961 and attended classes at Muskegon Business College and Colorado State University of Fort Collins. He spent most of his career working as a bank teller at banks including the Peoples Bank in Grand Haven Muskegon Bank and Town Finance Bank in Holland and while living in St. Joseph he worked for Heath Zenith T.V. and LaSalle Bank.
