Passed away Sunday March 22 2026 at Vassar Comfort Care age 79 years. Rich was born on September 29 1946 in Minot ND to the late Kenneth Clarence Walker and Solveig Alice Olsen. Rich graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelors in education. He was married to Cathy Sibbet on June 27 2008 she survives him. Rich honorably served in the 101st Airbourne Division of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a police officer for the Phoenix AZ Police Department. Rich was a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church and American Legion Post 150. Surviving besides his wife Cathy are 3 daughters Tamara Kary WiselyDunham Tifani David Thompson and Misti Derek Ress 10 grandchildren 6 great grandchildren and 1 brother Jim Mary Walker.
