Roger Dale Stevens, age 70, of Sturgis, Michigan, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, October 11, 2026, at Beacon Kalamazoo Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan.He was born April 20, 1956, son of the late Dale and June Lucille (Holum) Stevens.Roger spent most of his life in the Sturgis and Burr Oak areas, with the exception of time spent living in New Mexico and Texas.He retired from Michigan Tool Works in Sturgis following several years of dedicated employment as a machinist.Roger was a man who appreciated the simple pleasures in life. He enjoyed spending time fishing and took great pride in caring for his lawn, always enjoying the satisfaction of a job well done.He is survived by his son, Colton Stevens of Sturgis, and daughter, Amanda (Trevor Chamness) Griffith of Bronson.In accordance with Roger’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Wilson, age 72, of Sturgis, Michigan, passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, October 14, 2026, at Thurston Woods Village in Sturgis.She was born August 2, 1954, in Sturgis, Michigan, daughter of the late Earl and Mariam (Baer) Schrock.Sharon was a longtime resident of Sturgis, having spent her childhood years in Bristol, Indiana.For many years, Sharon owned and operated a daycare facility, where she enjoyed caring for children and being a part of their lives. She continued this work until her retirement. In her younger years, Sharon enjoyed a unique and adventurous lifestyle, traveling and working with carnivals, an experience that provided her with many special memories.Sharon was a member of the Mother's Club and was especially proud to have been honored as Mother of the Year.Above all, Sharon treasured her family and the time they spent together.
