Ann was born on October 13 1941 in Clare Michigan to Arthur and Marjorie Dwyer Thayer. Ann was married to Thomas V. James in Clare and they were together for 67 years. Shegraduated from Clare High School and Oakland University as a registered nurse and was employed at St. Johns Hospital in Warren Michigan for 35 years before moving to Cadillac. She enjoyed gardening being creative with home decor and participating in numerous fitness activities. Ann was a very social person who enjoyed interacting with family friends and her community. She was a member of the St. Anns Catholic Church in Cadillac. Ann is survived by her husband Thomas James of Cadillac sons Jim James of Ann Arbor John James of Harrison Township two grandchildren Rachel James and Alex James and a sister Jane Pyrett of Clio.
