Sean Knapp, age 58, of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, passed away on August 17, 2026 at his home near Cushing, Wisconsin.Sean was born in Edina, Minnesota in 1968, and he spent his early years in the Linden Hills area of Minneapolis until his family moved to rural St. Croix Falls when he was eleven years old. He graduated from St. Croix Falls High School and was married briefly to Jennifer Flatum, with whom he shares his beautiful first child, Amanda.Sean later served in the United States Army with the 10th Mountain Division based in Fort Drum, NY. He was a combat veteran who was deployed with the NATO Stabilisation Force (SFOR) in Bosnia-Herzegovina from 1999-2000.On September 22, 2001, Sean married Sharlene Prinsen, and they have two amazing children: Michael and Katelyn.
