Patricia “Pat” Ann Ahlberg, 75, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 11, 2026, at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Pat lived a life centered on family, children, and the people she loved. Born on March 6, 1951, in Luverne, Minnesota, to John Verlyn and Margaret Lynch, Pat spent her childhood in Luverne and graduated from Luverne High School in 1969. On August 4, 1972, Pat married Steven Gunnar Ahlberg. They began their life together in Germany, where Steve served in the U.S. Army. After returning to the United States, they moved to Mankato, Minnesota, where Pat embraced her favorite role: being a mother. Their son Jared was born in Mankato before the family settled in Worthington, Minnesota. Pat lived in the same home on Sunset Road for nearly 50 years, and the family grew with the births of Travis, Lucas, and Kimberly. …
