Catherine Margaret Hoppe (nee Egan), known affectionately as "Kate" or "the Great Kate" to her family, passed away on October 7, 2026, in Billings, MT, following a courageous battle with cancer.Funeral Services will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4625 West 125th St., Savage, MN, on Friday, November 6th, 2026. Visitation from 9:30-10:30 AM, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Interment St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Burnsville, MN. Joanne L. Harper, age 87, of Montgomery, MN, passed away on September 18, 2026.Born on April 19, 1939, in St. Paul, MN, to Donald and Florence Miles. Survived by her son, Michael Bullock (Cherie); sister, Donna Lane (Don); brother, Thomas Miles (Julie); grandchildren, Lindsey Suter (Shawn), and Timothy Fox (Ahna); 7 great-grandchildren, Madison (Cade) Martin, Elizabeth Suter, Chase Suter, Avery Suter, Jameson Suter, Emma Fox, and Lilee Fox; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Florence Miles; brother, James Miles; grandson, Ryan Fox; and niece, Wendy Lane.Joanne went to nursing school at Mayo in Rochester, MN, but had to quit to take care of her grandmother. Mary Eva Danner, a resident of Chaska, Shakopee, and Hill City, Minnesota, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at Auburn Manor in Chaska. She was 82 years old.Mary was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on August 6, 1944, the daughter of Ambrose and Lucille (Warrington) Bednarczyk.Mary loved knitting and crocheting, but above all, she treasured the time she spent with her family. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren meant everything to her, and she cherished every moment shared with them. Mary had a fun-loving spirit and a wonderful sense of humor. She loved to laugh and, even more, loved bringing smiles and laughter to those around her.
