Bobby Mayo Jr., 72, of Quitman, Mississippi passed away on August 18, 2026 at Bedford Care Center of Newton. He was born on August 22, 1953 to Bobby and Edna (McCarra) Mayo in Quitman, MS. Bobby is survived by his daughters, Ashley Doolittle, Seth Mayo and McKenzie Mayo; grandchildren, Luca and Magnolia; nephews, Michael (Destin) Moore and Corey (Stephanie) Moore and brother-in-law, James Moore. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Mayo, Sr.; mother, Edna Earl Mayo; sisters, Marlene Moore and Teresa Mayo. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, 10:00 am at the Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ervin Mooney officiating.
