Mrs. Carolyn Humphrey 78 of Millry AL passed peacefully from this life Friday February 13 2026 at Washington County Nursing Home in Chatom AL surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Millry AL on Thursday September 11 1947 to the late Jesse and Mae Eula Stokley Kirkland. She was a faithful member of Flat Branch Church where she served as church pianist for many years. She retired as a salesclerk at EllisChapman in Waynesboro MS. Mrs. Humphrey is preceded in death by her parents Jesse and Mae Eula Stokley Kirkland sister Geraldean Kirkland Heathcock. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 59 years W. D. Humphrey of Millry AL daughter Lisa Roberts Mark grandson Jonathan Roberts all of Meridian MS. Visitation for Mrs. Humphrey will be held from 1200 PM to 100 PM Sunday February 15 2026 at Flat Branch Church in Millry AL. Funeral…
