Lynn was born in Boonville on April 13 1935 a son of Joel Jackson Terrell Sr. and Dollie Burns Terrell. He was employed in commercial construction for many years with Hathman Construction and McGrawEdison. Lynn was a member of Laborers Union Local 955 in Columbia. He enjoyed watching television especially NASCAR and the Kansas City Chiefs. Lynns other favorite activities included working word find puzzles collecting coins enjoying New Franklin from his front porch and watching the deer in his backyard. Lynn was especially proud of his 1964 green Ford pickup. He was a member of Boonesboro Christian Church. Lynn married Leatha Hendrix on August 29 1953 and she preceded him in death. He later married Vennise Lynn on October 6 1979 and she survives at their home.
