Romans 828 Ruth Ann Potts Alley passed away peacefully at 83 years of age at home in Perryville Arkansas on Palm Sunday March 29th 2026 surrounded by loving family. Ruth Ann was born on March 17th 1943 in Poplar Bluff Missouri to Marcus and Ruth Potts of Van Buren Missouri. She was a beloved wife mother grandmother sister and aunt. She was a very loving kind and compassionate woman who was strong in her faith and truly loved her family and friends near and far old and new. She graduated from Van Buren High School in 1961 where she met her husband Norman Levi Alley originally from Fremont Missouri and married in August of 1963.
