Harold J. Cato was born on August 6, 1947, in Vernon, Oklahoma, to Opal M. Wright and Willmer R. Cato. His earthly journey peacefully concluded on May 5, 2026.Harold received his early education in Vernon, Oklahoma, and later graduated from Hanna High School in Hanna, Oklahoma. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, serving with distinction during the Vietnam War.Following his military service, Harold relocated to California, where he began his professional career with Southern Pacific Railroad. He later worked for Northwest Airlines before moving to Kansas City, Missouri, where he became employed with Delta Airlines. For years he served as head union steward. After many years of dedicated service, Harold retired from Delta Airlines. At an early age, Harold accepted Christ under the leadership of Pastor J.D.
