Albert was a longterm resident of Richards Missouri with his wife Kathy of 58 years. In those 58 years he was a loving husband and father. Albert enjoyed many things and being with his family was the one he loved best. Whether he was hunting fishing or horseback riding he always had a smile on his face. He was a man of many traits he could build just about anything and fix everything. After retiring from Peerless Products in Fort Scott KS for 40 Years he had plenty of time to do just that. Joel Byron Jody Shaffer 70 passed away Friday August 7 2026 at his home in Nevada MO following a lengthy illness. Jody was born on April 17 1956 in Fort Leavenworth KS to Joseph and Dorothy Jester Shaffer. He was married to Debbie Kerr on January 19 2008 in Gladstone MO. Jody was raised in Milo MO and attended Nevada High School. He served in the United States Army from 19731975 stationed in Germany. He worked for the Ford Motor Company in Kansas City for a number of years until his retirement. He also drove a truck for CreteShaffer Trucking Company of Kansas City from 20082011. Jody loved riding motorcycles with his brother Jesse and friends. He also rode as a member of the Patriot Guard. He was born on June 11 1955 in Des Moines Iowa to Donald and Helen Struth Garber who preceded him in death. Danny was married to Janice Holcomb Garber and together they raised their daughter Amy Groff. He was a proud grandfather to two granddaughters Haily Johnston and Piper Johnston and a loving greatgrandfather to four greatgrandchildren. Danny was a freight transport truck driver. During retirement he loved to fish. For the past year and a half he has resided at the Moore Few Care Center facility. Our beloved mother Dimple Lute left this world peacefully on August 9 2026 at the age of 99. Born on April 1 1927 east of Appleton City Missouri Dimple was the cherished daughter of Shelby and Thelma Mount Purvis. Her life was a testament of devotion to her family her friends and her faith. Dimple graduated from Appleton City High School in 1944 and furthered her education by attending Missouri State College in Springfield for two summers. At the young age of seventeen she taught children from all eight grades in a oneroomed schoolhouse. In 1946 Dimple married the love of her life Richard Lute beginning a partnership that would span decades. Their union was blessed with three devoted daughters Nancy Pamela and Cindy.
