Missoula Richard Carl King 78 was born in Havre Montana on August 3 1947 and completed his lifes journey June 26 2026 at Edgewood Memory Care located in Missoula. Dick was raised in Chinook Montana by his parents Carl H. King and Grace Anderson King. He was proud of the Chinook Mascot and loved to have people guess what it was by stating its a vegetableSugarbeeters. Going through the ranks of Boy Scouts and accomplishing the demands to become an Eagle Scout and receive the Order of the Arrow prepared Dick for his future endeavors of helping others. Dick graduated from Chinook High School in 1965. He attended the University of Montana where he received a MA in American History. He began his fraternity experience by joining Sigma Phi Epsilon. Missoula Caryl Borchers WickesConnick 95 of Missoula Montana passed away peacefully on June 6 2026 at her daughters home surrounded by love. A proud fourthgeneration Montanan Caryl was born to Thomas Alexander and Heloise Vinal Wickes. She was preceded in death by her parents her son Randy Borchers her husbands Lou Borchers and Clay Connick her brothers Tom Wickes and David Wickes sisterinlaw Diana Wickes nephew Thomas Leslie Wickes brotherinlaw Robert Flink and grandson Wade Woodgerd. Caryl attended school in Missoula and graduated from Missoula County High School in 1949. During her school years she was a cheerleader and served as secretary of the student government. She formed lifelong friendships that she treasured throughout her life staying connected through class reunions and monthly luncheons. Caryl also had a lifelong love of dance.
