Carroll L. Bud Bailey 92 of Uehling died Thursday February 12 2026 at Wisner Care Center. Funeral services will be 1130am on Thursday February 19 at Trinity Church in West Point with Rev. Priscilla Hukki officiating. Burial will be at a later date with lunch following the service at the church hall. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1000am to 1130am. Arrangements by Stokely Funeral Home. Carroll Lyle Bud Bailey was born on January 18 1934 in West Point Nebraska to Raymond and Mabel Johnson Bailey. From an early age Bud showed a steady hardworking spiritwhether attending West Point Public School or helping his father a Cuming County Surveyor. On February 11 1954 Bud answered the call to serve his country entering the U.S. Army with the same sense of duty and grit that marked his character.
