Jim L. Hansen Sr. 81 years of age of Beatrice passed away on Tuesday August 11 2026 at Bryan Medical Center East in Lincoln. He was born on April 19 1945 in Pawnee City to Alvin and Ortha Waniska Hansen. Jim served his country in the Nebraska Army National Guard. He married Linda Smith on March 21 1964. Jim worked as a mechanic at several places including International Harvester Saline County Tiemann Construction and Diamond T. He was a member of the BittingNorman Post 27 of the American Legion. Jim was an avid Harley Davidson rider spending time in his garage working on cars and listening to music.
