Patricia "Patti" Charles Austin passed away suddenly after a brief illness on October 4 2026 in Wolfeboro New Hampshire. She was 72 years old. Patti was born to the late Richard and Mona Charles in Portsmouth New Hampshire on January 16 1954. She grew up in Wolfeboro New Hampshire on Factory Street now known as Lehner Street and attended Kingswood Regional High School where she met her husband Daune Austin. They started dating on Janaury 8 1968 and later married on June 26 1971. Throughout their 55year marriage Daune and Patti welcomed two children five grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. Patti loved her job at Governor Wentworth Regional School District. She started her career in education at Tuftonboro Central School over 40 years ago and worked there until moving to Kingswood Regional Middle School in 2025. Alfred "Al" C. Blair Jr. 82 of Wakefield NH passed away on Monday October 5 2026 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital Portsmouth NH. Al was born on July 10 1944 in Rochester NH the son of the late Alfred C. Blair Sr. and Elaine Anderson Blair. Als father owned and operated a garage and gas station in Wakefield where the Wakefield Fire Department is now located for many years. During his life he worked as a selfemployed carpenter. He also held many other jobs working for Pikes Paving Company Madbury Metals Ossipee Aggregates as well as Als Repair Handyman Service. Al also volunteered as a Firefighter and a Medical Technician for the Wakefield Fire Department for nearly 40 years. He is survived by his wife Lindamae Winkley Blair of Wakefield NH his daughters Marleen Bickford Raymond NH and Melinda "Mindy" Blair Inverness FL 6 grandchildren and his great grandchildren. He is…
